Terms and Conditions

• There is no warranty, express or implied of fitness, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability on any item purchased other than the express manufacturer's warranty.,  All transportation of the item to and from the service facility is at purchaser's expense unless specifically provided for in manufacturer's warranty.

• Damage must be reported same day of delivery.  Any damage reported later will be assumed to be damaged by purchaser.

• We are not responsible for leaks in household plumbing, including water lines going to refrigerators, dishwashers, or any other item.

• We are not responsible for damage to walls, floors, etc. that is a result of tight areas, large size of the item, difficult to maneuver areas, or perimeter attached vinyl.  Expensive or hardwood flooring should be protected with pasteboard or other covering prior to delivery arrival.

• No return or exchange on special order items.  No return or exchange on wood or gas heaters, dishwashers, air conditioners, ranges, lawn and garden equipment, closeouts, damaged,  or discontinued merchandise.  30% restocking fee on all other in-stock returned items.  No returns on items over 3 days old.

• Special orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.  No exceptions.

• Purchaser must pay a minimum of $50.00 pick up and delivery charge on any furniture to be repaired, whether or not the actual repair itself is covered by warranty.

• Special order parts must be paid before ordering.  No exceptions.  No returns or exchanges on special order parts, any electrical parts, or any parts damaged, installed, or not in original carton or package.  No returns on parts after 48 hours.

• All 90 day accounts will be charged 1 1/2% per month for unpaid balance after 90 days and will be reported to the Credit Bureau.

• Loaners are not included in any warranty.  We may, at our option, elect to provide a loaner freezer or refrigerator if one is available, special circumstances exist, and the unit being repaired is in warranty and was sold by D. T. McCall and Sons.

• We cannot provide loaner televisions, appliances, or air conditioners other than freezers or refrigerators.  Any medical or health emergency caused by failure of any item we sell is the customer's responsibility.  Those with medical conditions requiring air conditioner, refrigerator, etc., are advised to purchase a backup unit in advance.
