Installed two in a lightly insulated 900 sq ft workshop. Too late in the season to test the AC side. The heat side is used as primary heat not supplemental heat that it's stated to be used for. Together they seem capable of raising the temp about 20 degrees over a couple of hours. That's enough for me to extend my workshop availability by a month or so in the spring and fall. Not quite enough for the colder times in winter in middle TN. I will test the AC side once we get to summer again. Installation is easy as long as you don't follow all of the instruction as they are wrong on how to install the side frame assemblies. Both units also had minor damage out of the box. The boxes looked fine so I have to assume the damage was done at the factory. Minor dents on both, in different places. Be aware, these units are HEAVY!. Overall I am satisfied, so far. I'll try to update this in the summer.

Works great for a 700sq ft area

Cools very good for a 700 sq ft area. Heat on the unit has worked b etter than expected but we haven't had any freezing Temps yet so its kinda hard to test the heating on this unit. The AC gets it very cold in the area we are using it for. We keep the thermostat on 73° on energy saver and haven't had no issues of it not keeping it cool. I bought this frigidaire after returning an LG Window Unit that couldn't cool the area even though it was meant to cool a 1000 sq. Ft. I also have an older AC unit similar to this Frigidaire that is 15 years old and it is still working as good as new.

Life was unbearable in our house with no ac or heat. In Spring/Summer, the house was usually between 88-93 degrees inside. We couldn't cook a meal, get a shower or even just watch tv without ridiculously sweating and feeling like we were melting. In the Winter, it'd be between 42-60 inside. Getting a shower was NOT comfortable and getting anything done inside was uncomfortable because we were wearing 4 layers of clothing. Thankfully, we're not dealing with that anymore since we installed our Frigidaire ac/heat unit. Within a few hours of turning it on, we could feel a world of difference. It was wonderful. It keeps the house at a steady temperature and it didn't make a huge hike in our electric bill like we were expecting. We haven't used the heating yet so we can't comment on that. Overall, we're extremely pleased with how it's worked for us.

My previous air conditioner, which had lasted 30 years, stopped in May 2019, so I had to get something good as soon as possible. This Frigidaire 25,000 BTU machine has been a god send. I had a friend put install it with help, it is about 150 lbs. Also, he had to upgrade my electrical outlet to fit the plug. Although my home is only 1000 sq. feet, the Frigidaire cools it completely. It's been very easy to use. I place it on low fan at about 70-72 degrees with the fresh air vent closed, and the 'Mode' on cool. I've tried the Mode on Economy, but it shuts down too often and doesn't seem to cool enough for me. I've not needed to deal with the filter yet. I am very happy.
