Absolute Junk!

Never cleaned that well from the start. The heating element warped and melted a hole in the plastic tub creating a massive water leak that damaged our wood floors. Frigidaire will not warranty the dishwasher or cover the thousands of dollars of damages to the house.

I bought this machine for my daughter. It washes fine, but the air dry is a disaster. The machine simply stops after the rinse. There is no venting to allow the moist air in the machine to get out, and no fan to circulate air over the dishes. Moisture builds up and they need to be towel dried. If the dishes set in the machine overnight mold builds up on the dishes and they smell. This machine is a deficient design.

Loud and have already had to have it serviced.

I bought this unit in February and have had to have it serviced and was without a dishwasher for about 3 weeks. The user interface circuit boards got fried due to power outage and it doesn't have an inline fuse to protect it. Just before that happened it started leaking because of a poorly designed sensor.

I bought this a little while ago. I do like it but not very happy with the pods. It came with the finish brand pods so I stuck with them for awhile but I noticed it wasnt dissolving them all the way and was starting to have build up so I quit using them. Started washing dishes by hand again. That is the only major thing wrong I noticed but other that that I like it. And it matches my other appliances.

We've only used it half dozen times but so far we like it. Pretty quiet and spacious. Our last dish washer was so annoying as there was not a lot of room on the top or bottom per the design.

I bought this in August 2016. Now this month we can't even get it to turn on. Checked breaker and plug in. They both work but dishwasher doesn't. Tried everything in the manual to do. Won't ever buy another one of this brand.

We got this dishwasher about a month ago because ours wasn't drying our dishes and it was older. Well this one doesn't either. We still have to hand dry even with drying agents in the dishwasher. The racks seem smaller also. Quiet when running and has a nice design.

it stinks. I've been using this since April and even if I use vinegar in the wash it stinks. I tried to remove the glass filter like the book said but it didn't want to budge. Tonight I decided to remove it with more force, which as turns out, is what it takes. The whole bottom spray arm came off too. Under the glass filter and arm was full of gunk and yuck. I gagged. I took those pieces out and cleaned them and put it all back together. Now I will check it often. This machine is supposed to have a food disposer, but it seems to me the food can't get to it. I've had a dishwasher since 1971 and have never had the problem of them stinking. In fact, my first DW was a Frigidaire. The bottom engineering of this thing is poor and would get one star, but the machine as a whole does get the dishes clean. But food left in the bottom has been a problem since day one. It's a $200 appliance at best; not a $500 one.

Has what I need

The dishwasher was about a week old and I noticed water around the front. I called for service and it was found to have a pinched pump seal which was the cause of the leaking. It was repaired and it's been a little over a week and so far no leaking. The only wash cycle selections I used so far are the Normal Wash Cycle and the Hi-Temp Wash Option. They do a good job of cleaning my dishes, however I still like to rinse the dishes before putting in the dishwasher. I did not like the Stemware Holder/Cup Shelf as my stemware was too short and did not rest on the rack when in the holder and the cup shelf only provides for the shorter coffee cups and not the taller of which I have. They were easily removable. I do like the Bowl Tines as they can be adjusted to the different bowl sizes. I moved up to the Gallery model as my first Frigidaire dishwasher provided in my condo was the basic model that needed to have the control panel replaced after about four and a half years of use and the motor went after about six years of use. I'm hoping this Gallery model will last longer.

When the unit first came, the motor on the bottom and the seal for it, had come undone! It would have leaked all water, not useable!. I bought from Office Depot and they are horrible! They would not help me at all! I called Frigidaire and they were EXTREMELY helpful and came out to repair the problem. I found out that someone had turned it on it's side???? And please it was not me. Anyways, when it was finally operational, it is so quiet I almost thought it wasn't working! It does have a long wash cycle, but is so quiet who cares! Cleans the dishes well. I will recommend to anyone!

We bought this dishwasker a year or so ago and have been nothing but disappointed with it from the start. We are so disappointed with this dishwasher that we are already shopping for a new one. It never cleaned the dishes the way it claimed, leaving the dishes dirty even when there was hardly any dishes in there to wash. It is noisy, the door makes a terrible sound when opening and closing with no way of oiling the hinges without pulling the whole thing out.The most disappointing part is the quality of the washing, I might as well just wash my dishes by hand since that it basically what I am doing now before putting them in the dishwasher to just basically get sanitized.

I bought this in March 2015. Our installer had a very difficult time installing. After that all worked well for a few months. We started to notice that the dishes were not clean on the short cycle, left over soap in bottom of dishwasher, dirty dishes. So we started using the long cycle exclusively. Also the short cycle had a heavy soap smell and plastic smell. We had to rinse all the glasses to use them.Then our washer got so noisy!! I mean, really noisy. We called for repair. Our local repair man determined by the symptoms we needed a water pump and ordered one. Used it again and water started to pour out on the floor. So we stopped using it, but when emptying the washer to hand wash the dishes, saw that the heating element had burned a gigantic hole in the plastic bottom of the washer.Now we have to wait for the local repair guy to look at it, determine the problem (!!!) before we can replace the washer.Boo. Major disappointment. I will never order a plastic interior again. Tried to save a bit. Stainless all the way.We will see how this ultimately gets resolved.

I don't like appliances with a lot of gadgets, gizmos and other "technological gee whizes." This dishwasher has simple to use and understand buttons and instructions. I see many appliances today that have too many buttons and "so called features" that many people cannot simply operate their appliance. I like mine. Works as it is supposed to.

Only thing bad is when you put your dirty dishes in as time goes along the door seals, so when you open it to put more dishes in you get a real bad smell. But I can live with that
