I purchased this one to replace an oven that died a slow death. This new one showed me how precise the temperature setting should be. Everything I bake comes out perfectly at the time and temperature prescribed in recipes. I highly recommend it!

I bought this stove 1 year and 17 days ago, so guess what, it is not covered under warranty. Although the stove looks nice I am not pleased. I replaced an older Frigidaire slide-in stove with this one and it did not fit. I had to have my counter top cut (1/4 to 1/2 inch on each side). Now almost exactly one year later one of the stove eyes is coming on by itself. I am very concerned that I cannot go on vacation or leave the house for long. It is not an easy chore to un-plug a slide-in stove. Considering how much we had to pay for this stove you would think it would be of better quality and would last more than a yea.

Hello, We purchased the Frigidaire Gallery Electric Range in February, 2017. It is only 3 years later and the stove top is no longer working. There is a dash symbol above the stove top knob. It was working one day and the next not. The oven still works but the stove top does not. Every time we turn the knob the lights do not come on to indicate the stove top is on. I have called on the phone but can not reach customer service. I can not cook anything on the stove top. This should not be happening. We don't know if it has something to do with the computer or what, but the STOVE TOP IS NOT WORKING. I have a family I need to prepare meals for and don't know what to do. I have went through the manual and can't find a solution to the problem.

I purchased my slide-in range from Heckman Appliance in Carnegie Pa. I've had the stove for over a month now but have only been able to use the oven part for approximately 1 week as after that it began making a popping sound and then shutting off. We had a repairman out to look at it and was told that it must have been dropped and the back panel replaced prior to us purchasing it. When that was done the wire in the back was pinched which then cause the wire to burn and short out. After that repair was made, we used our oven once more and upon doing so noticed that is seemed to be burning or over cooking the food. While making dinner the one night, the oven began beeping loudly and when I went out to check it there was an F10 Error on the display and the oven had turned itself off. We had to unplug the range in order for the alarm to stop and the oven to reset itself. When I looked up the error code it indicated that the control detects a runaway temperature in the oven which would explain the burning and overcooking. We placed another call to the repairman who said he had a feeling he knew what part it needed an that he would place an order for the part. It has been 3 weeks since this happened and the part has yet to come in. So after spending the all this money for a new range I've been left to have to cook in my air fryer, grill and electric roaster for the past 3 weeks. I'm really hoping once repaired this oven will be all I expected it be originally.

We love the front-mounted controls and easy-to-clean glass top; however, there is a gap between our counter top and the side of the range. There should be a trim kit available like other manufacturers have to fill the gap.

Love the cooktop and oven. I literally hate the constant fan blowing from front while I™™m cooking and takes too long to cool and stop the fan. Having a meal and the fan keeps running is not good. Don™™t like the rubber on top, hot pan melts it. Don™™t like that I doesn™™t sit flush on cabinet

This unit replaces one that was purchased 12 years ago. Since the control board could not be replaced, the entire range was replaced with this new Gallery model. It was a perfect fit and is functioning beautifully. Highly recommend the Frigidaire Service/ Warranty contract. Proved very valuable.

Purchased entire Gallery kitchen suite 3 years ago. Took 3 deliveries before I got a range (induction & convection) that wasn't defective. Absolutely hate it. I don't mind the fan, but the LOUD buzzing is nerve wracking and embarrassing when I have guests. Also agree with others about buzzing & cheap plastic that has already chipped away.Unless Frigidaire can provide a slide in electric Gallery replacement, I'm screwed. Will have to replace everything to have a matching kitchen.. Additionally, largest burner on HIGH barely got to a low saute.Heard enough? This Review section doesn't allow you to go back & make additions/corrections.

Our old range which was also a Frigidaire still looked like new but after 15 years of heavy use it sadly passed. Time for a new range. As we was very happy with Frigidaire we decided it was a no brainer on what model to go with. The new range has great features and looks so sleek. Easy to use and easy clean up. So far we are very satisfied.

Our new range is a replacement for an older model of another brand. We are LOVING our new Frigidaire Range! It cooks faster and more completely than our old one. This is our first experience with the convection option and we are enjoying that immensely. We chose the stainless range with black features. It looks nice with our other stainless appliances; very up-to-date. Great choice!

We bought the floor sample in the store an we couldn't be happier. This stove cooks beautifully - stove top and oven. The stove top gathers dust quickly in our house so we bought a stove top cover which I recommend if you live in a dusty area. Other than that I can't say enough good things about the performance!!!

POOR PLANNING BY FRIGIDAIRE. i bought this range several years ago and it was installed by dealer as it appears in picture and installation guide. glass spice bottle fell on edge of glass top and cracked it requiring new glass top and installation $450. While researching glass top replacement online I discovered there are a channel and trim pieces that protect the edges of the glass top that are NOT in the stove picture OR included with the range or installation OR even mentioned in any of the literature. They do appear in the schematic for the unit. Now ordering these optional parts (under $40) and ANOTHER installation ($100+) so this new glass top doesn't also break. Very poor planning and customer support. It seems that for such a small cost the trim and channel should be INCLUDED with the range and installed so the very expensive glass top is protected or at least alert the installer or customer that these parts are available at additional cost, strongly recommended, and should be installed with the unit. 1/2 " foam strips under metal flange damaged by service guy when glass top replaced and should be replaced before range is re-installed. Part is not in schematic or available from mfg.

Looks like I am not alone on this complaint. Very disappointed in the fact that the fan runs constantly, blows dust all over my kitchen and is very noisy to the point I am embarrassed when having company over and cooking. Also disappointed in the plastic panel above the controls and how the black has come off leaving bright white. Paying this much for a product should provide you with something that doesn™™t peel or fall off because you simply heat the stovetop. I take every opportunity to tell guests not to buy this stove.

The cooktop is very hard to clean. Yes, we got the special cleaner. And the front of the oven that has the controls is made from plastic (why would you make a stove with this material?!?) and if any hot splatters on it or a hot utensil or other comes in contact, it will melt the plastic. It's black plastic over white so if the plastic melts then white shows through. Unbelievable choice of materials to make a HOT stove out of.

Recently bought this range and hate it. The fans that run constantly, even when the cooktop only is on. The front of the range is ugly, cheap plastic and the slant means I cannor see the time or temp unless I am right in front of the range and then get blown by those stupid fans. I live in a cold climate and have to leave the room when the fans first come on, even after the air is warm, the fans are loud and annoying and never stop, and dry out my contact lenses. I owned a previous Frigidaire range and the vent was in the back where it belongs, and then of course the air went up my overhead vent like it should. Who did this design obviously never used it. Why isn't the drawer on the bottom a warming drawer? I cannot afford to buy another range, so I would like a full refund of my purchase price of this inferior product. I am now facing Thanksgiving with this awful thing.

We love the range overall, especially the front controls. Nice looking unit!However, every time you turn a burner on the cooktop it activates an internal fan that cools the controls in the front. This is the only glass cooktop we have owned that has this feature and we found it very irritating.

I bought a new home and this unit was installed already. I am generally happy with it so far (especially the convection capability) but it has only been 2 mos. I am, however, VERY disappointed in the ceramic cooktop because it is IMPOSSIBLE to keep from scratching the surface. I have been VERY diligent about not sliding pots or pans on the heating element and tried to just SET the pot/pan on the element. It is still scratched after only 2 months. Very frustrating. Frigidaire needs to find a scratch-resistant coating or an entirely different material to address this issue.

I love my range! The fan is a bit annoying but the range cooks food fast! We don™™t have a microwave & I have 3 kids, it does the job & looks beautiful with my full height backsplash. But I need a trim kit for the sides? Our granite is a half a inch shorter than the range. Is there a trim kit for this model?

Purchased a month ago. The FIRST time I used the stovetop, the hot skillet touched the black edge around the stovetop control and it has been marred. this plastic has turned out to be not heat resistant. I cannot imagine why any stove would be designed with plastic that would not be heat resistant. I am beyond disappointed with this purchase. And, I've been waiting 2 weeks for a replacement part, which isn't available yet. Money wasted, in my opinion.

I bought this range because I wanted Fingerprint-Resistant and a glass top that extended over the counter top. That lead me to buy all my appliances in the Gallery collection so my kitchen would match. Big mistake! This range starts blowing air at waist level as soon as a burner is turned on. And you can™™t walk away from a pot cooking on the stove top. Cooking should be silent unless you need a fan. I hate the noise and the heat! The oven does the same and keeps blowing even after you turn it off. You can™™t just open the oven a crack to help with the cooling to get the darn fan to turn off. It only opens all the way. The knobs are easy to mistakenly turn on just by leaning into it. ( I know there is a lock to prevent this)!The touch panel to turn on the stove is plastic. I™™m betting it will scratch easily. I hate everything about this range and do not recommend it .
