Our oven died right before Thanksgiving. We searched and searched until we found the perfect oven! I love all the features! The dough proof feature is perfect for a Baker like me! Preheating is REALLY fast and everything bakes perfectly. There is PLENTY of rack space for baking multiple items! I look forward to using the rest of the cool features! Troublesome to say the least - Dec 1, 2020

I bought this oven not to long ago. I'd say we've been using it since Aug 22, 2020.There are a couple of issues that we found problematic.1. It's been erroring out showing an E and or an F error. Today, I tapped the quick preheat button and it started to turn on but after about one minute, it beeped and showed the error. So following the manual, I waited and tried again. It repeated the same errors.. basically wouldn't preheat. So, I switched to the bottom oven and tapped the Quick Preheat - that did work. I went back to the top oven and tapped Quick Pre-heat and that did work.This is probably the 5th time we've seen the error come up. Personally, I think that is not very acceptable, considering it's a brand new oven which we paid good money for.2. The second issue we have is as per the directions, once you've preheated the oven, and the pre-heat time is done, to change from a preheat function to say, Bake or Broil, you cannot simply tap the appropriate button. We have to tap OFF first, then tap Bake, Broil etc.. This makes no sense. Why do you have to turn the oven off after preheating to then turn it back on and select a different setting?

We replaced our wall oven about six weeks ago. I love the new oven and especially the convection feature. I tried the convection roast as well as the temperature probe to roast a chicken. The chicken turned out to be just right - not dried out and tender. Can't wait to see how our turkey will turn out on Thanksgiving.

Control Panel DOES NOT WORK

We ordered online from Home Depot, and it was delivered in September. We installed October 4th and powered it up - after a few minutes it flashed an F11 error, as well as F5 and F15 errors at different times. Manual and online videos say to power down and power back up...which means YOU KNOW ITS A PROBLEM- FIX IT!! Finally got through to a speaking person on the Frigidaire support line -they scheduled a local rep to come out on the 19th - I said this was unacceptable and they found another person to come out the 14th. BUT that company wouldn't order the control panel and bring it out on the first trip - they first had to come out an LOOK. Guy showed up, I told him the codes, and now he ordered the part - MORE DELAYS!!It is now the 19th of October, 2 weeks after installation, and I am still waiting on the service company to get the part. And still no working oven.

I bought this oven just after the new year started and have been very happy with it. I wish that the oven had a timer feature on both ovens. (Timer only works with one oven at a time).

My "old" top oven died just before Thanksgiving (great timing, huh). Instead of going through the repair process I elected to purchase a new oven. There were many great sales going on and many brands from which to choose. I did comparison shopping and found this oven had many more features than the most expensive ovens and had higher ratings from owners. The only thing I did not get on this oven that I wanted was roll out racks on all levels - not just the bottom rack of the top oven. Installation was great and I have had this oven in place and being used for a little over a month. It is gorgeous to look at - very classy. The temperature seems true. Love the convection feature on both top and bottom ovens. I have yet to use the meat probe, but I have a prime rib waiting in the wings to give it a good try. The controls are very simple and logical. Top oven controls on the left, bottom oven controls on the right. Everything is intuitive so you shouldn't have any problem "learning" how to use the oven. I will say, I had to adjust to using the new oven - probably because it's temperature is more accurate than my old oven, but just keep in mind that you may have a "learning curve" to adjust to changes from your old unit. This is a beautiful built-in appliance, great value for the money, and something I would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent choice for a double wall oven!

We just installed these ovens and I am so very pleased! We upgraded from a single wall unit to the double to allow for additional cooking options. The ovens are extremely easy to use and the buttons well laid out. Everything we have cooked so far has come out perfectly, matching the times listed in recipes. This has been especially true with baking ™€“ which is so precise. The meat thermometer works perfectly and I love the steam clean option when you want to do a quick clean vs. the full self clean. Finally, these ovens heat up twice as fast which is really appreciated by this busy parent.
