Not very impressed or happy with this unit. While it cools well, it also does not remove much humidity from the air and as a result the the air is damp. Also, this unit shows the Energy Star label on the front panel, however, when I submitted a rebate to my electric company, they advised this is NOT an Energy Star model per the Energy Start website and I confirmed this is not listed on the Energy Start website so I don't know why this has an Energy Star label and seems deceptive to have this on the unit.

This air conditioner is very efficient and works well. Using it has reduced my electric bill. I replaced 3 units with Frigidaire units. The former units weren™™t energy star rated and my bill was higher. These units were easy to assemble and install. The only complaint I have is that they™™re loud, so loud that if I™™m talking on speaker on my landline, the person I™™m speaking to has said that they have trouble hearing me. I™™ve had to turn it off when on the phone in my office.

I am in love with my new AC- it is cooling my room extremely well and i am so happy with the quality. Very substantial and well built. I have a good feeling that this will last a long time - my previous 2 AC's did not hold up very long. And I was disappointed in their ''disposable"" nature. Just not well made. Hoping my Frigidaire is the winner! Excellent model.

I wanted an AC that had a dry and auto feature which this AC had, another plus is this model had a remote that I believe serves as a remote thermostat so the AC turns off when the remote reaches the set temperature. The installation was easy. I do wish the side skirts fit the body better; there is a gap between the body and skirt. I fixed that with painters tape. Did I also mention that this unit is relatively quiet?

This window air conditioner cools an almost 200 sq ft bedroom in my home very fast, even on days when the outside temperature is in the 90s. I'm happy that I was able to install the 6,000 BTU air conditioner by myself. I do not find it exceptionally loud, and I like the ECO feature that will turn the fan off when cooling is not needed.

Bought the 6000 for my son™™s average size room cools it off in no time and not so loud. I like it so much that I went out and bought a12000 works great just a little bit more noisy.

This 5000 BTU unit replaces an 8000 BTU unit for my bedroom. Its considerably quiet compared to the bigger models. The auto feature is great when setting the timer and the other modes.

I bought 2 of these units at my local BJ's warehouse store on July 3rd. Simple installation done with my son took about 45 minutes total for both. Turned them on and they have been running non stop since 7/3 with the heatwave throughout July in the Northeast. These two small units have kept my entire living space cool. Pretty impressed for sure.

This AC is efficient, quiet, and economical to both purchase and operate. The remote is handy as well. You can even preset the unite to start at a desired time. It is easy to install and fits in a window nicely. All the necessary parts are included. What else could you ask for?

We have bought a few Frigidaire products over the years. In the past, they have been well performing and long lasting. We just installed this unit and it works well but how can we even say if it has been worth the money and time if it hasn't been used for quite a few years. All I know is since registering this we have been bombarded with telemarketers. Is the product worth the harassment?

We™™ve been using this ac for about 3 weeks now.Love how quickly it cools our bedroom. We keep it in the , economy mode while we™™re sleeping and it rarely wakes us up when it turns on and off. Initially when you turn it on , it™™s a bit noisy but once it reaches the desired temperature it is very quiet.We were looking for an AC that is quiet for the bedroom and this was a great purchase for the value, in addition to Frigidaire being a popular brand nameJust wish the side slides would open up a bit more, we had to insert foam strips to fill the gaps on the sides when we inserted it into the window.It is very energy efficient 12.1 when the fan is in low mode
