Love the size and color. Frigidaire have the best ACs. They last a few years, but I live in Florida, so I use the AC year-round.

The only thing that I don™™t like about it is the ECO setting. It will not keep your room anywhere near the temperature you set it for. I have to put it on 65 to keep the room at 72. If I set it at 72 the room is very warm, close to 76-78

As long as you just put it on high fan, max cold, none of the eco settings it will freeze you.

My unit arrived in terrible condition like it was dropped from the plane. The inside was no better like it was dragged across the factory. It has scratches and dented everywhere. I spoke with customer service and they were useless. I wanted an exchange, but they won™™t be in stock until after 14 days. I™™m forced to wait for my money to be returned. I would post pictures, but this website is junk and won™™t let me. I won™™t do business with this company again. 0/5 stars this was a complete waste of time and energy.

This is my 3rd AC this summer. Tried two other brands and had no luck. It™™s a little loud, but it absolutely does it™™s job. No bluetoooth, though I do like that the remote has a screen so you can see what the current settings and temp are.

The only thing I don™™t like about this unit is the eco temp control. When I have to set it it 65 degrees or less to keep the room at 70 degrees. When I have it set at 67 degrees the room stays around 74 degrees. I need 70 or less to sleep. Other than that it seems like I™™m going to like it.

This is a very powerful AC. Not the most quiet, but it's not noisy either. Cools my big room in a matter of minutes. The color black is a nice touch for an ac. Highly recommended.

I've tried other braids, namely GE, and I've been disappointed.Frigidaire AC's are always 1) long lasting, 2) cooling, 3) have clear instructions when operating.I will continue to be a customer for these well built air conditioners.

The remote control unit, although in a plastic bag, was scratched and the outside on both sides looks like it was kicked across a concrete factory floor for a mile. I wanted a replacement remote control unit. Called Frigidaire 1-800 number, waited in the queue for 30 minutes, and foreign accented speaking man said, "take it back to the store where you purchased it to get it replaced". Now tell me if that is reasonable to order another 50 pound AC unit online and have it sent to the store, only to switch out the remote control and have it sent back to Frigidaire as "damaged or defective"? Much more cost and energy and labor effective to mail out a 5 ounce remote control direct to customer than to send a 50 pound AC unit to store and back to manufacturer. After 2 hours in queue on the phone, a different customer service agent answered. He looked up the model and he is going to send a replacement remote by UPS. I am sure he is sending the wrong one. The flat lithium ion type is what he is sending (part # 5304523815) and I very highly doubt it will work with this unit. It needs the remote temp sensing newer remote control. I hope I am not on the phone for 2 hours in queue again to get the proper remote sent out.

This is my first brand new AC, it's a beautiful sleek black, and it works perfectly. Does the job, it's not too noisy but it's a nice white noise to help me sleep, easy to set up and put in window, and it cools my bedroom fast. I'm very happy with this purchase

We are very satisfied with our new Frigidaire a.c. unit. Bought it for a new sunroom of about 250 square feet. It cools the area quickly & keeps it at the set temperature. Great to have the remote with temperature indicator. Huge plus is how quietly the unit operates.

I have bought this A/C to replace the Frigidaire unit from our Florida room that was put in in 2014. The old one still worked but after running 24/7 evry day that was hot and in Florida that was alot. It was acting its age and was leaking water all the time The room is 350sq ft and it cools of perfectly. We love it

My new window AC is providing good cool relief from the heat. Frigidaire is one of the only manufacturers that provides a 72-in cord, which is nearly always needed. It's crazy other brands have such short words. You have to be able to plug it in after all. My one and only criticism of this AC is that I found the operation instructions confusing because of the Eco mode, which switches itself off and on. I ended up turning it off but it defaults to it upon installation. It would be fine if no one was home. Turning it off leaves it in a mode where the fan adjusts itself if you have everything on auto and is quietly making the adjustments and is just much more pleasant and keeps you consistently cool. I think they need to redo the instruction manual.I bought my AC from Frigidaire directly after comparing prices locally. It got here a day early. And it came right to my door. I can't lift things so this was very helpful.I am considering buying a Frigidaire refrigerator next if my old GE goes out, which I think it's about to.

If you decide to buy this just like I did, you will think that you will go home with an air conditioner that will works. this thing will not!!!! Temp is high turn down the air conditioning temperature and it will still not work!! here™™s a picture of what I experience day after day. I think somebody else should know how unreliable this air conditioner is before they have spent money to buy it. move on buy something else that works. Yes it™™s plugged in yes it says it should work but it is blowing hot on both sides it™™s less than a year old I would not recommend buying this unit at all because somebody else turns it on and off and that won™™t be you when you need it!!

I ordered this after my HVAC went out on me. Being in a heat wave it was going to be several weeks before a replacement could be installed. I ordered my AC unit it was here in two days. This is a seriously nice unit. Cools like nobody's busyness. Perfect for my use. Controls are easy to understand remote is excellent. Its loud but, no more than most. I normally use a white noise machine at night so the noise is not an issue
