I bought it in July 2019 because of delays on kitchen remodel did not plug in till October 4, 2019. October 3, 2020 was heating sweet potatoe cubes in Tupperware dish lid off for 45 seconds it caught fire. I thank God that myself and sister were home and were able to get it out and unplug. So far no help from seller or Frigidaire.The whole kitchen was equipped with Frigidaire. I am very dissatisfied.

This is the second Frigidaire Pro microwave I have owned. The magneto on the first one caught on fire after only 2.5 years. I replaced it with this one in order to keep the set the same (range, oven, range hood, etc.). The lamp assembly on the new one blew out after only 2 months. Three of the four lamps on my range hood are also out after only 3 years of use. I'm not very happy with the Frigidaire Pro line. Range hood lights keep going out and this is my second microwave and already issues. Frustrating!

This is the second Frigidaire Pro microwave I have owned. The first one caught on fire and shot a fireball inside the microwave (broken magneto) after 2.5 years. This second one does cook properly, but the light went out after 2 months. It is still under warranty so we have a repairman coming today to fix the light fixture. Hopefully this one will last a lot longer than 2.5 years!

Bought a new house 2 yrs ago with this Fridgidaire Professional 2.2 Cu. Ft. built-In microwave installed. Today it sparked and is making a scary sound. Afraid to use it now. I called customer service and unfortunately, they only give 1 yr limited warranty. No choice but to buy a new one because service is expensive. Will NOT buy this brand anymore.

We bought a new home, paid to upgrade to Frigidaire Professional series appliances. They are horrible. The microwave alone was over $1500 and has gone out twice with door switch and fuse issues. Now it™™s 1 1/2 months past our year and they won™™t take care of as it™™s gone out again. The oven isn™™t any better. Who doesn™™t use digital temperature gauges? And it takes FOR. EVER. to preheat SMH.

We built our dream home, and decided to spare no expense on our appliances, and decided to purchase the "Professional" line from Frigidaire, because of how amazing they looked in our new kitchen, and our loyalty to Frigidaire. We are lifelong Frigidaire customers, and have never had any real issues with the brand, until we started having issues with our very expensive microwave. For some reason or another, it is having some sort of wonky electronic problem, where the touch bottoms won't do anything. I have to open the door and close it several time before the buttons decide to work. This happens every time I have to use it. I'm mostly disappointed because I'm sure it is out of warranty, and I will have to spend more money on an already EXTREMELY expensive microwave. Just so disappointed in our Frigidaire microwave. For less money we could have gotten a Kitchen Aid set, and most likely would have had better luck, but decided to stick with the brand we have been loyal to for many, many years. I'm wishing I can trade my appliances in right about now. :(

This microwave looked great and is very roomy and easy to use. We are not daily users, but like that my kids could use the easy buttons. BUT it went out in less than two years! Pushed start and it tripped the breaker and now has zero function, not even the display will work. I am now having to buy a replacement microwave and spend another fortune. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

It is pretty much your run-of-the-mill microwave. It does not have a stainless interior, which I prefer, and the overall feel of it is relatively cheap. However, it is powerful and does what it is supposed to do.

I bought this microwave in Amazon on may 6th 2022. it worked well exactly one month.I can see the display comes up but if press start button my circuit breaks. i called technician and found that the transformer is bad. i check the price of the transformer it is $335, which ic close to entire microwave cost.

We have used this microwave for about 9 months now. This microwave cooks very fast which is fine BUT they power levels only turn off the microwave for a time. So if you program power level 30% then it does 100% power for 30% of the time. This is TERRIBLE for use in the home when I want to cook a bowl of oatmeal or mush or soften butter. Cooking slowly for this microwave is like asking the Hulk to thread a sewing needle. The only thing that actually works OK is the Microwave popcorn button. It sets a time and cooks (like 2:05 for a 3.3 oz popcorn package). I have had other microwaves that use a "sensor" to see when the popcorn is done and those have never worked for me (but at least that microwave could melt butter and cook oatmeal and mush with ease. I can punch in my own microwave time for popcorn after I figure out the best time.)So no, I don't recommend this for home use.

I have this microwave, it broke a VERY expensive part a few months after the warranty expired. Now I'm looking at replacing a 700 microwave that is less than a year and half old. THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING and DISAPPOINTING. I would not recommend this and am very disappointed that I want my kitchen to have matching appliances and have invested thousands of dollars in this professional series. I've spent atleast 30 minutes trying to contact a customer service agent only to be accidentally disconnected and when I call back apparently they are just not taking calls.

Popcorn setting did not shut off. It kept running and running and set the popcorn on fire in the microwave. We were luckily it did not burn down our house. If you own this device and use the popcorn button, watch your microwave!!!

I needed to replace a built-in microwave while the U.S was experiencing serious supply chain issues. I presented the problem to a trusted local retailer: a quality microwave with a matching trim kit that would fit into our existing cutout (to avoid additional carpentry costs), and that could be ordered without experiencing a backorder. The sales rep recommended Frigidaire Professional Series 2.2 cu ft microwave and trim kit. The online reviews were excellent, so a week later the microwave was installed! The stainless steel finish matches our other appliances beautifully, and we love the smudge proof finish.

We love the microwave, the the trim kit doesn't fit flush and and it looks very cheap. When paying over $600 for a microwave, I would expect better quality and a trim kit that actually fits. The trim doesn't even look like stainless steel. It looks very cheap. I returned the trim kit, but we are now stuck with a microwave with no trim around it. I have tried to call repeatedly and have never been able to talk to an actual person with wait times exceeding 30 minutes and I eventually give up. Today my call was answered after waiting 36 minutes. I talked to the person for about 5 minutes and then the phone call suddenly cut off and I was sent to the Customer review. I was cut off earlier today while waiting close to 30 minutes without talking to someone.It is very frustrating that they had my phone number today and didn't call back when they disconnected my call and sent me to the customer review. I don't know what else to do. I will never purchase anything from Frigidaire again.
