Just installed the microwave today so do not have a full review. However, there is a strange click when you turn it on. My husband and I cannot figure if this is by design or if it's just cheaply built. Our last GE microwave similar to this one only lasted 4 years. Hope this one does better.

I bought this 0.7 Cu Ft countertop microwave, directly from GE website, on July 2025, and it stopped working a week ago July 30th 2026. It was almost a year and it stopped heating. It turns on, but doesn't heat. Unplugged, tried all the other little tricks, no luck. Since this item was Manufactured April 2025, past 1 year manufacturer's warranty and i'm out of luck. But the biggest issue is quality of products. It is sad that old appliances, are still running, after 30+ years.... I read all the reviews and most people have the same issue. Quality which simply is no longer there. Also, I have purchased directly, but there is no proof on my account of that item.

This little gem replaces our GEmicrowave that we have had for about 15 - 20 years. It's the same capacity but physically smaller. The style is very nice and it takes up a lot less room. We used it our first time this morning and we were very pleased. The controls are very similar to our previous microwave and it's very easy to use.Hope it lasts like our previous one.

Great little microwave. Our first one lasted over 7 years and was heavily utilized. We loved it so much, we decided to buy the same model to replace the old one. The space within our custom kitchen cabinetry designed for a microwave oven is tight, which means there are only a few small microwaves with the appropriate dimensions that we could even consider.

Design and controls need improvement made. The rotation wheel is too flimsy, coming off easily. The rubber or whatever material used on the inside door has a bad odor, smell like bleach. I wiped it clean with warm water several times. The odor is still there.

This microwave is a space saver and is the perfect size for our needs. It does everything we need a microwave to do and it matches the other GE products in our kitchen. The first one we bought 6 years ago developed a power problem so we bought another one in June to replace it. Unfortunately that one developed a problem with the door opening mechanism, so I contacted GE support and the sent me a Certificate of Good Will Rebate to cover the cost of replacing the unit. I purchased another unit and it is working fine. The fact that GE backs up their products with excellent service is a added reason that I keep buying their products and I give a five star rating!

This is a great microwave if you™€™re tight on countertop space. It has all needed functions and the best is: you can set it so it doesn™€™t beep each time you push a button. Normal size dinner plate ™€“ but if you have a plate that is huge, it may not totally fit. Nice that it does not have a protruding handle and the power settings work wonderfully when you want to eat something at a lower temperature. GE thought of everything for this little unit.

Perfect size for our new appliance garage. We had a GE profile microwave before and it™€™s nice to have the same button layout and functions. The only downside is the wrapping on the buttons has started to peel and it™€™s only been a couple weeks of usage. Not sure if it™€™s supposed to come off completely?

Overall, it worked very well for about eight months very happy for the first eight months then it started working so now I™€™m working to get it replaced. The only other feedback here is that the door locking mechanism is a little annoying. I™€™d prefer it was easier to open without having to hit a button to unlock the door.

I've only used the microwave for two weeks but so far pretty good. I'm not thrilled with the button on the bottom to open the door as you must use your right hand thumb. You cannot use your left hand because of the design. The number are a little hard to read. definitely need a bright light on. This is a 700w model which is what I am used to. The microwave is a little smaller than my last one. A full size dinner plate barely fits in it.

This microwave is perfect for any kitchen ! It™€™s the perfect size and can fit anywhere, also the design is modern and sleek. To operate it is very easy the instructions are simple to follow, and it works very well. It has some safety features for kids which I like but you can disable them if you like. The microwave has good power and will warm up and cook your food to the perfect temperature. The price was really good also . I would definitely recommend this product.

I previously owned two GE Space saver microwaves similar to this one. I choose to get the countertop version to avoid the cost of the space saver. This microwave is small, but fits nicely in a corner. The controls are the same as the space saver which is what sold me. The microwave is only 700 watts, but is all that I need. I love the fast minute buttons that keep you from punching in a specific time. The space is adequate and holds a large dinner place. Although some reviews mentioned this microwave was noisy, I didn't find it any noisier than my space saver which was attached to the cabinet. The sound carries a little more because it's on the counter. I've only used it for a week, but so far it has been a great replacement.

Just received this microwave. So far, it is just as I expected and I am very please with it. Three days in is a fair judge of performance. I love that it is smaller and does not use a lot of space as my countertop area is not large. We use this primarily for reheating coffee and also food that was left over from another meal. When corn on the cob season begins, I will cook that instead of having to boil a pot of water. Keeps the heat down in the kitchen!

Love the capacity, convenience, design and size. Size is very important for our small space allocation. Although relatively new, seems to be very durable. We would prefer a higher wattage however we understand that we are limited due to our space availability. So far, love the micro and find it much better than our previous Black and Decker micro that only lasted 2 years.

Small footprint with great features

This is our second microwave of exact model and was thrilled to be able to buy again. Only 2 of us in household now but love the beverage function and size of the unit ™€¦ very small footprint taking minimal counter space but work horse heating leftovers soups and beverages especially with beverage function minimal keys needed to operate and change power levels and add time as needed. old unit lasted 5 years and didn™€™t fail but paint on interior peeled and turntable was slowing so glad this exact model was still available !!
