This is a really nice refrigerator..nice stainless outside finish..and the inside is large n spacious..well designed as GE always makes Top of the Line Products I gave 4 stars for the design of the condenser coil..it's easily clogged with dust and it's a hard design to clean when needed and I suggest every 3 months to take a air nozzle and blow all the dust out of this round coil..it's gonna be messy so you might want to take it outside..but make sure you do this regularly to keep the refrigerator from shutting off on high temp and possibly a complete compressor failure..but I still like this refrigerator! Enjoy yours too!

Little fridge with lots of little problems

Leasing company installed this brand new fridge upon me moving into an apartment. It's small and the shelves that don't go to all the way to the back of the fridge doesn't help either. Losing out on lots of shelf space and things are constantly dropping down the back. The ice machine leaks so much I just keep it turned off and just buy bagged ice. Must be mindful to make sure the doors fully close, because if you let go of the door before its fully closed, it will leave a gap. The freezer is so small it can't hold a frozen pizza because the seal is very weak. If anything gets close to the front edge the door, like a frozen pizza box, it will close but it won't seal and everything thaws.

Good Looking, Certainly not as well made as what it replaced. But that how it is today with everything from China. I haven't really adijusted to it yet but it does seem to run a lot and the ice make (made out of plastic) seems to be very slow compared to the one it replaced. But don't really have a lot of decent choices today so I decided GE might still be as good as the one it replaced.

Best looking budget top freezer refrigerator

Had operating about a month. Like having no grill on the bottom, Large smooth beautiful comfortable stainless and chrome handles, Taller refrigerator area easier to see into and deep recessed freezer bottom- very efficient use of space, Nice deli drawer and dairy compartment, Flat finish dark grey sides match better and doesn't detract from stainless look, than the light grey gloss of competition, large for size veg, fruit drawers, compressor can stay off for 45 minutes even when not defrosting. On the needs improvement, the two glass fridge. shelves should be 2-3 inches deeper, there is room for the door shelves even then, And the ice maker bucket has a large notch in the left rear for the electrical and ice cubes can fall out . And the ice maker locked up once when cubes stuck on top of mold, and it makes weird refrigerant loud squealing noises sometimes and is loud for a medium size refrigerator. I am very satisfied that GE produced this outstanding beautiful perfect size for my home appliance.
