The Scotsman DCE33A-1SSD undercounter ice maker has a 30-pound production capacity per 24 hours. It makes gourmet icelarge cubes that work well in cocktails and high-end liquors because they melt slower than smaller cubes. The cubes are odorless, tasteless, and have crystal clarity. After the unit produces cubes, they fall into the built-in bin, which has a 26-pound storage capacity.

Ice in the bin stays at an ideal level because of the automatic restart and shut-off functions. The stainless steel cabinet can have a wood panel added to it to enhance its look. This Scotsman DCE33A-1SSD undercounter ice machine operates with a gravity drain, so waste water flows into a floor drain by gravity. If a floor drain is unavailable at the installation location, a unit with a drain pump will be better for that establishment.
