I bought this 2 years ago and have been extremely disappointed. It is noisy, does not seem to get clothes as clean as my previous front loader. Also the matching dryer lint trap catches and rips clothes. When originally delivered, I had to have it replaced 2 times because of excessive noise. Now the machine has mold all over it, in the dispenser, in the door gasket and I can see mold in places I cannot reach. I have performed the recommended cleaning services as outlined in the owners manual religiously and now it is so moldy I'm afraid for the health of my family to use it. I have tried mold killer, washing cycle with straight bleach, and spraying with bleach and scrubbing with a stiff brush, but nothing gets the mold out. I called Customer Service and they said there is nothing they can do. This amount of mold cannot be common. I have had multiple other washers, both top and front loaders and they never had a mold issue. I wish I had NEVER purchased these machines and would NEVER recommend Electrolux to anyone.

It was a difficult decision to replace our units from the early 90s ( they were very reliable) but we needed to go stackable in our new Condo. These units had great reviews and it was a floor model so we saved money on it. It is so much more quiet compared to the old unit. Only time will tell how long this will last, hopefully a long time.

This is a great machine. My only complaint is I have never been able to use the high speed spin funtion. Just to use the medium setting I need 2 bags of softener salt up against the side to keep in place.

Recently purchased floor model since my washer and dryer died at the same time. I needed a replacement immediately and this is what was available. It worked out in my favor. Price was good and it is quiet and more efficient that my last machine which cost way more. I even qualified for an energy rebate from the electric company. It was a win win.

Great products, for a great price. They clean and dry very good. Only issue I have with them is the control buttons are a bit tricky to press. You have to hit them fairly well and in right spot to actuate them and sometimes they will go two or more spaces and you have to go thru menu again. But this is only a small issue. Definately would buy again.

We recently had our top-loading washer and front-loading dryer break down. Went to Menards and was desperate for something that will last at least a decade but not cost a fortune as this was not a financially planned break-down. We decided to try the front-loading washer. My husband and I cannot believe how quiet both the washer and matching dryer are. The smell of our clothes and linens is so much cleaner than our old machines! We're saving up for the pedestals to eliminate stooping over to load and unload. Otherwise we are very pleased! It was easy to install and intuitive for using. I see there are some other unfamiliar features which I plan to sit down and look through the instruction manual.

Bought the washer/dryer pair about 3 months ago and had installed as stacked and am really pleased with them. Very quiet operation and I love the controls. Very easy to use and I don't believe these will be prone to having the covering material of the buttons crack as happened with my previous (not Electrolux) set.

I purchased this machine a month ago and I have enjoyed it from the first moment. I like the flexibility that it offers when selecting cycles and options but most of all I like the way that the front loading machine is SO much more gentle on my fabrics.

Bought a new home builders suggested we go with this and it was the best suggestion. When I come home to do the laundry is already done because my husband and daughter loves this washer so much it is so easy for them to use because It is pretty much self-explanatory once they select the type of load the water temperatures in time automatically sets. I would recommend this to everyone This is a great washer and I also have the matching dryer

My 6 year old front loader gave out, I had to have a washer that accommodates king size blankets, pillows and more. This is it! works great.I always leave the door open so moisture does not cause mildew. Love my new machine.

I purchased my front load washer with dyer a month ago and the wash options are great and efficient. The dryer does require a full normal cycle with a normal sized loaf in order to get clothes completely dry.

I've been using this washer for 3 months now. I love how clean my clothes come out, although it does seem rough on them. I now use the low spin cycle. I did have to have a part replaced already, so not happy about that. I've decided to get the extended warranty because they don't seem to make things to last any more. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

The end of wash tone/music is not adjustable and it is not very loud. Fill the detergent and fabric softener and select cycle. choice water temp and spin. The washer takes care of the rest. There are choices you can make for special loads. It run quiet. Most cloths can be run on the 20 minute wash. The door will stay where you want to let the moisture out when not washing.

I just purchased Electrolux washer and dryer pair. To be honest, I did not know that Electrolux were into the appliance business. Growing up in the 70's, we had this fancy Electrolux vacuum cleaner that made me love to clean. So just the brand name alone I was good. I like the easy to read display and the many washer options. When the load is finish, it chimes. Great feature. And the dryer has a light inside. By far the best feature on a dryer I have seen. Oh, and love the lint filter - trust me, it's the best. All and all, this is a great washer and dryer.

I bought this less than a year ago and it was only used for 3 months as this is my 2nd home. When we arrived back here the product was working fine until one day it remained locked with clothes in it until a repairman came out. Ultimately the problem was a sensor

Have had this for several months now. It cleans well. What I really hate about it is that it is VERY NOISY during the spin cycle. No matter where I am in the house I can hear it. I can't do laundry if we are going to watch tv.

We bought a house with cabinetry in the laundry room and even though it was done relatively recently we had trouble finding an affordable set that fit. Hooray for Electrolux with smaller but still full size options!!
