Im a little disappointed that Im purchasing this again. I remodeled 2 years ago and bought all new appliances and I went with LG because historically Ive had luck with you. Im not buying a new microwave 2 years in and my oven is acting up too When it works I love the product.

I purchased an entire kitchen appliances package and this microwave had issues within the first yr. They sent a tech out under warranty and they straight up told us oh this is a common problem with this model. Ill show you how to fix it for when it does it again. He then shows us how to remove the panel and jimmy the wires. It finally stopped working completely after about another year of constantly jimmying the wire and of course by then its out of warranty and they wont do anything about it. Just bought another brand of microwave yesterday.

Im very disappointed in the service that Ive had with LG. They were unable to fix my compressor because they didnt have anybody in the state I personally will never buy another LG. I am disappointed because I have bought many in the past and that is with an extended warranty

The door handled snapped. Never has this happened to any other product. LG repair will not help and refuses to call back. Cant open the door to the microwave rendering it useless.

Have only had a couple years and the handle piece is loose. Screw broken. I contacted customer service and got no where. I sent an email and no response. Wouldnt recommend this microwave.

Lg microwave is junk cant cook a whole meal

I have had this microwave less than a year and every time I cook over 5 min the power goes out and it takes 1 to 2 hrs before it cools down enough to use again and lg is milking me until the warranty expires

Went through 2 in 2 years

Bought the model LMV2031SS microwave as part of a set microwave dishwasher double stove and fridge. At 1 year and 1 month the first microwave had a terminal error and wasnt worth repairing. Purchased the same one as it was out of warranty by a month because we needed it to match the rest of the set with the unique handles with hopes that it was a one-off flaw. Now 1 year later the second one came up with a F3 error. I looked into the problem and it states it is a wiring short and could suddenly start a fire if not unplugged immediately. So if you have this model get rid of it...it is horrible. If you dont but are looking at it... move on and find a different one.

Love This Microwave

We purchased this microwave a few weeks ago and my husband easily installed it. We love the reminder settings listed on the inside of the microwave. It works great and is very nice looking although the stainless steel does not match my gas range dishwasher or refrigerator which are all white and sadly not LG products.
