Ive had my new LG unit over a month now there is no equal to the quality of performance The picture is fantastic sharp and clear like everything is in the room with you.I shopped and compared the top 3 units and LG was the best performance of the lot.

Not a great product-very disappointed

I paid thousands for this TV. It is out of warranty but Im seeing green lines and a green box. Ive tried all the resets with no success. Spent more than an hour on the phone with Customer service and they were unable to help. Since it is out of warranty I have to pay for any repair. TV shouldve lasted longer.

Atrocious burn-in

Dramatic burn-in after moderate daily use that is incredibly unsightly. I used the pixel shift maintenance regularly. The degradation is so dramatic that its distracting over any tone except darkest black. Very disappointed. How could I trust this brand again? Maybe if I received a replacement. Its that bad.

Screen dying after 5 years of use continues to get worse as time goes on. Green yellows and red pixels are changing to other colors with lots of burn in. Disappointing to have a tv degrading so soon with proper care.

Burn-In

Love the picture but hate the burn-in Ive had to live with since it was just over my warranty period when I first reported it. New intermittent problem is voice drop-out but can still hear the surround info. Unplug power then turn on and it returns. No big deal but annoying nonetheless. Its really a shame because the upper 4/5 of the picture is stunning.

My panel died in 2023. At first I changed power supply t-conn card and panel control card and it is still dead so its the panel itself that died on me. That is a lot of money thrown at LG for a product that barely lasted 5 years.

Still works pretty much perfectly after 6 years. Honestly I think the software updates over the years have made it worse than when it first arrived. I kind of wish the thing would die so I can get a newer model. Lol.

I We have had our LG Electronics - OLED65C7P for around 7 years and love it tell ours went out. We have 3 other bands in our home that are 2 time older than our LG. So we were very disappointed when ours went out. We called your service center and the lady was very nice but wasnt able to get the tv back working again

The LG OLED TV is used on a part time basis overall it has good features yet in a short time an image has burned into the center of the screen fading outward with a green tint. Our other LG OLEG does not have this annoying image so we know the problem TV should be covered for replacement we were advised it will not be replaced.

For a first generation model its a great tv but does have some flaws that have been addressed in latter generations. Over time the tv has experienced some burn-in and a loss of a few pixels in the far outside corner but overall still very watchable excellent colors and perfect blacks and still better than most of the lcd screens out there. The only other problems Ive had with it is the lack of some apps in the store so you might want to invest in a firestick or roku.
