Called about mode in washer and tray. Was told they would come out and fix it. Then someone else calls to say no sorry you were told wrong. The need to standby their products and find a solution horrible to pay so much and have to fight with mode every day

Many options and washes items efficiently

The washer has a number of great settings and it self adjusts the time for load size. I like the small washer underneath for small delicate items. This gives me many options to launder at the same time.
