Very disappointed. Dryer stopped heating two times in less than 3 years. Thermo cut-off fuse keeps going out. Why ??? Having to go to a laundromat to dry my clothes is very upsetting. The washer had a recall and had to be replaced. Thought we were purchasing big and the best, but instead got lemons.

The heat stopped working after I had had it about 16 months, and the warranty only lasts a year. The drum would spin and go through it's cycle but there was just no heat. All of the vents were clear and I only use it about twice a week, so there is nothing on my end that caused this to happen. I am very disappointed with the reliability as this should not happen with a fairly new dryer. I will say that until this point it was fine and has some nice features.

Skeptical to purchase this dryer because the washer had a couple of issues. No worries so far and it's been running great. Loved that the door gives the owner to change sides. The steam is a Godsend for those who hates ironing.

I am very disappointed with my purchase of this dryer. The first dryer I had delivered started making an awful loud noise when it was running. I contacted the store I purchased it from and they sent another one out to me. The 2nd unit made the exact same noise. It is loud and annoying. It does not sound normal at all. My ten year old dryer I had before this Samsung was much quieter. Also, there should be a setting to turn off the chime and have a simple beep or beeps when it is finished. The long symphony tune they have is just plain annoying. I used to think highly of Samsung products, but with all the recalls and issues they have been having, I will not be purchasing them again. Overall, I am highly disappointed in this dryer and regret purchasing it. If I could return it, I would!

The store that sold it to me only had four prong cables to connect it, but my house has a 3 prong, so I had to get a cable at hardware store and wire it up myself. It was easy enough. It is one of the nicest LOOKING dryers I've seen, is very quiet, has lots of automatic cycle options. From a functional design standpoint, I would like it to let me change time or temperature options in pause mode, once I've started it on a cycle, but it doesn't seem to want to. Also, to clean the lint filter I have to remove it and also unhook a plastic lid and reach in to a narrow area. Anyone with big hands might have trouble. Any other dryers I've seen had just a one step process for lint screen cleanout. I imagine they did it to be safer. I hate safety when it's inconvenient. Beauty of a machine overall though.

I am on my second dryer . the first one delivered would not heat, so had to have another one delivered and now 3 months after the warranty is out the dryer has stopped working, Called Samsung to see if they could do anything and was informed out of warranty and nothing could be done, I let them know that they car coming for the second time to repair my washing machine that as recalled and now does not work either, and still nothing they could do, I have all Samsung appliance in my house, That was a big mistake. I would not recommend Samsung appliances to anybody -

I owned a dryer previously puchased in 1980. I replaced it with this new technology dryer in 2015 after the heat went out on my 35 year old dryer .I regret not having the old one fixed .Thats the problem with appliances and even automobiles today too much circuitry .

Probably early to tell but after 4 loads it seems user friendly. Quiet compared to my previous dryer. Seems to dry well but you can always adjust the time and increase drying time. So far so good. Recommend!

Purchased this Dryer with the matching washer WA48h7400aw, and so far so good. Dryer is very efficient, quite and does a good job of sensoring the dryness. Features and settings are good, steam settings is nice feature to get rid of wrinkles. Have always been satisfied with Samsung products, hoping this Dryer and Washer meet my expectations for years to come. First time I have purchased Samsung appliances.

If you dont want to spend the money on a front load, which was our last dryer we sold our house with. This is a great dryer especially for a front load.

I purchased this dry along with the matching washer to replace outdated ones. Not only did this have more features that other competitor models but good reviews already. After comparing between the lower, higher and other brand models with similar features, I chose this because of the value for amount of options including steam dry. The controls are very easy to use and the fact that you don't have to add water separately for the steam function is very convenient. Couldn't be happier.

I purchased this dryer with the matching washer, and both products work to my complete satisfaction. When registering the dryer, the year of purchase is not updated in Samsung's system. You are not able to put in your 2017 purchase dates.

I am very disappointed in my purchase of this dryer and the matching washer (set). After much research, I thought I had found the perfect product for my family, which consists of 2 active, busy children, who have uniforms and sports gear to wash and dry each week. I have had the set for 18 months and the washer was recalled and the dryer had to be fixed at month 13 (had a one year warranty) and now it doesn't work at all and the entire drum is broken. I love the look of the product, but I do not love the fact that it has broke twice in 18 months. HUGE disappointment and I usually LOVE Samsung products.

Great dryer with many options for all types of clothing. Quick dry, steam, etc. I like how you can select the type of clothing you are drying and it sets the temp for you as well as provides the time so you know exactly when your load will.be complete.

Was told by installers there was no way to flip the door so utilizing in a small space is difficult
