I currently use this microwave on my countertop because my kitchen isn't done yet. Its a large microwave but so far we have been happy with it. Under hood Lights are not LED and a bit dim but I'm going to see if I can get replacement LED Lights. The fan is loud and the swap out from internal venting and venting isn't spelled out very well but I figured it out. I don't like the small thin metal bracket and mounting hardware that the unit comes with. It just seems cheap.

This was fairly easy to install. My wide and I installed it in one afternoon without much problem. Situating the fan blower for you setup can be tricky. Overall it works and looks great. Can't wait to finish upgrading our kitchen appliances with new, matching samsung appliances.

I'm mostly happy with this microwave. Most of the cooking settings are intuitive and there is a nice chart inside to guide you on the settings needed. I do have two complaints. First is that setting the clock is not intuitive so I always need to go to the manual to know which settings need to be chosen. They should have included that on the chart in the microwave. Also, there is an automatic setting for brown rice but not for white rice. I have tried several times and have not been able to make good rice with this microwave. My two previous microwaves made great rice.

the installation instructions are not very clear. the instructions on how to install and/or replace the charcoal filter is not well written. you need to slide the grill to the side after removing the screws. if you done slide it, you may break the grill. lastly, the owner manual does not explain how the set the time on the clock. i had to search the answer online. the microwave works fine but they need to improve their manuals.

it is so dark inside, im sorry i bought it. when the unit is running it sooo dark inside. cant hardly see if everything is alright. is it possible to put in a brighter bulb? i dont like it so dark.
