poor quality glass - glass is broken before installation can be done or removed from the box. i followed the instructions on the box not to remove the packing around the door until ready for installation. now i am stuck with a $500 piece of junk. the overall experience has been a nightmare

i love the look of this microwave and was willing to buy more to get it. i've had it now for just under 4 years and where you open the door the black paint is starting to wear. i can see the metal shining through on the edges. really sucks!! i've never had that happen on even the cheapest of microwaves. it has also began to beep as if there is food left inside when there isn't and after i have cleared it.

This is one of the 4 new matching Samsung appliances we ordered. We are waiting for the other 3 and the kitchen renovation to be completed. Did remove from box to make sure not damaged in shipping/delivery and all appears OK. Disappointed cannot be hardwired and must install plug inside of cabinet which will take up valuable space. Cannot review yet on performance.

easy to install,looks great,cooks great. love the options and touch screen. haven't had a chance to use all the options for cooking yet,but what we have used has been superb. the one thing we wish that it had would be a lighted touch screen.

Awful product. Came damage and when the service tech came out to replace parts found they missed clear coat and the pant inside and in where the guts are is white not blue. Samsung won't replace this. Won't recommend appliances!

turn table stopped working and sensor cooking just returns errors after a minute.
i have never had to get a microwave repaired before. i have a counter top one that is at least 15 years old and still works great.
i love their phones but i will never buy another samsung appliance. they do not make quality appliances.

i bought this $500 microwave 9 months ago. from beginning exterior filter pops out by self into cooking pot or on the oven. to resolve this problem is a nightmare. contacted samsung several times, waited long time for parts and received wrong one. still waiting, not knowing if it will resolve the problem. i have blue tape on both sides of the filter frame to prevent filter being cook with soup.

We've had this microwave for 9 months and it still looks like new! The black stainless steel holds up great, even with our 18 mo old grandson. The single button features are very convenient and it cooks everything perfectly.

I bought this a year ago when Samsung had a promotion going on. Got this OTR microwave with a stove with an air fryer. Really like the microwave and it's functions. The only thing I don't like is the door. The microwave is huge and so with it being huge the door is long. So it opens from right to left so you always need to lean back or back up when opening. Other than that we are very happy and recommend.

I don't want to hammer this microwave for being horrible. It's not, but there are a couple of things my old microwave did that it doesn't.
For example. A lot of microwaves allow you to long press the 1 or 2 button and quickly cook something for 1 or two minutes with a simple press of ONE button. The microwave does not have that for some reason. you go from that to 4 button presses: time cook, 1, 0 0 start. It does have add :30 seconds, which you can press multiple times, (but doen't do it too fast or it won't register them) 3 presses would get to 1:30 but that's not really a time saver, is it?
Additionally, it has a "sensor cook" It has several settings, and none of them make much sense. It's unclear what it's doing or how it works. When you first use this mode, there is no time shown, only when it gets close to the end, does it start counting down. I don't like this at all. This is because you don't know how long it's going to be cooking in there. Everything I've tried so far, as been WAY overcooked. Boiling over, melting things, etc. I wish there was a way to adjust it so it would be less aggressive when using this mode.

I bought it over the summer and even with minor scratches over the area where you open the microwave I love how pops out and make my kitchen looks nicer. Very convenient for all my needs. You can adjust velocity of the vent, it minimize ls automatically if you need to use the microwave but overall I love it an I will recommend family to buy it too!

Microwave stopped working within four months of purchase. Loud noise and not heating. There are no parts to fix and the best Samsung could do was give me a credit for LESS than the cost of my microwave. And give them the old one. Do not buy.

Great microwave, interior is easy to clean. Buttons can be a little picky and do not always recognize you are touching them. I have used two cooking options and we have had it for almost 6 months. Installed and hung by myself after our kitchen remodel without any problems and I'm a 5'10" 165lb female who doesn't work out. So it's not difficult to really get it hung if you know what your doing.
All in all really satisfied with our purchase!

I wish it had quick buttons to do a minute, two minutes, 30 seconds so I dont have to press as many buttons. Also this device is not a matter device and would like it to be connected to SmartThings. Lastly the door is big i have to bend my head out sometimes when opening it due to there no handle on the front.

I bought this Samsung, black stainless steel microwave late November 2020 an it was delivered in March 2021. It stoped working 2 months later. However, the manufacturer warranty replaced the door sensor and it's been working fine since then. We are happy with it.
