we enjoy our range and its functionality. we had to adjust our cooking times due to convection and such, but that is normal. it matches our other samsung appliances also. however, after a power outage/restoration, the clock on the display has to be manually reset to the correct time. while this may seem trivial, i find it absurd that a "smart" wi-fi connected device can't do something so simple. customer service verified this.

my samsung oven was the only samsung appliance that wasn't a problem. today, after it was used and turned off, the heating element turned back on and overheated. the oven had already been turned off.
if it had happened after bedtime i hate to imagine what might have happened.

I bought this item over 3 months. I had to wait over a month for it to arrive. Nobody had it in stock. The double oven is great. I use the small part of the oven most of the time. I would recommend this product to anyone.

the remote function is useless. it shuts itself off after opening the door and after a period of time without anyone touching it. unless you remember to check the status of this feature every time you leave, the remote preheating function is not reliable.
another annoying "feature" is the oven light turns off every time the door is closed even if it has been manually turned on by the front panel controls.
basic oven functions operate as expected.

when set on "high" the burners still go on and off intermittently and water takes an incredibly long time to boil. i'm not a product engineer, but in my experience, the high setting just means the burner is unceasingly, fully on.
the oven temps are wacky. first, 480 is the highest temp which doesnt do my bread and pizza baking any good. second, the pre-heating temps are simply invented. i preheat it fully to 350, realized it should have been 375 and re-set the temp to 375. it immediately said it was done without even a one second delay.
i do not recommend this oven or range for anyone who wants to boil water or have an accurate oven.

I wasn't sure as some of the reviews were just ok, but I love this range. The top oven literally pre-heats in seconds! The convection which I never used before is awesome!! Takes some getting used to but bakes and roasts so evenly, my other range would burn everything on the back side and the front side would be raw. The fast boil burners don't
seem to be that fast, but my other range was the slowest ever so still a definite improvement. The cooktop does need to be cleaned every time you use it so some of the reviews on this are spot on - you definitely want to get that cooktop cleaner out every time to keep it looking new. The only drawback is I wish the top oven was little bigger as I can't fit my stoneware baker with lid on in it - but the trade-off was getting a range that didn't have storage and I wanted the storage drawer. Lastly, two thing; I haven't been able to figure out if the oven divider actually can be stored in the storage drawer when using the
whole oven. I can't seem to fit it in there, but I just slide it next to my fridge, which is probably more convenient anyway. And the oven racks seem to be a little short for as long as the oven door is - Samsung should consider offering rolling racks that extend out further for easier lift out of large items like a turkey. All in all I am happy with the purchase so far.

After waiting for over two months. The Samsung flex duo range finally arrived. It was the last piece of appliances to complete my Samsung kitchen suite. Aside from looking like a beautiful range, I am finally getting back into the swings of cooking again and this really puts me in the mood. Heating up the oven was so quick that I am always behind the curve and not ready when the oven reached the preheat setting before I'm ready. My last range took forever to heat up that I have to start the preheat then go prepped and still waiting once I'm done. The cooktop temp is very precise so I'm no longer worry about burning food if I left it on too long. It was a constant struggle turning up and down the cook top on the last range.

this is my second samsung range and i am having the same issues with this one that i did with my last one. the oven temperature is never right. it's sometimes almost 100 degrees off. a service guy came to fix the last one a couple of times but it never was right. i decided to try samsung again and bought a new range when i moved across country, it's still not right.
i also had, and still have, issues trying to get my appliances registered for the warranties. i've provided everything asked of me but they still have my warranty registrations "under review". as a result, the website will not allow me to request service to come fix my range.

Bought this oven just to make sure the handle matching the dishwasher's handle. Love the dual oven function.
What I dont like is that the bottom tray not aligned with the entire body. The left side has greater gap than the right side.
The more annoying thing is, the product working thru the smartthings, however google home cant see it even when all other smartthings connected products working just fine.

This oven looks great in my kitchen and the double oven that converts to a single large one is an awesome idea!!! We are getting used to glass top cooking and convection oven differences, but this is such an upgrade from my ancient GE stove.

The Dual Door feature is convenient and energy saving. The cooktop also heats up quickly. The only issue we found is that the surface of the cooktop is a little bit hard to clean up, but that's a minor thing for us.

We have this over for almost a year now and it is still performing like new. The flex duo oven feature is great, we used them both every time my kids came home. The only reason i took 1 start off is due to the glass surface. This glass surface seems to be much softer than other manufacturers. It already has a few scratches even though we were very careful during cleaning

I purchased this last November, after doing extensive research on the best brand to go with. I am so impressed with this and have the urge to bake ALL the time now. Everyone admires it and thinks the features are well worth every penny I paid for it....which was a great bargain! I hope that Samsung comes out with a slimline over the range microwave soon, so that I can complete my kitchen upgrades. I don't want to get another brand.

love the dual range. 1 small & 1 large, or you can use both at the same time for a larger oven. cooks a little faster than normal, but love that it does. top has fast boil on one of the burners, which is a great feature. I also connected the range to my samsung phone that lets me know when range is on & goes off, or can set it by my phone. really nice feature

The display panel digits failed soon about a month after the warranty expired. Cheap material but expensive repair cost me a bit over $400 to have replaced. I used to like Samsung but something that requires a major repair almost immediately after the warranty expires tells me more about the quality.

bought this oven less than two years ago. now, after a few months of the latch struggling, the door won't fully close/latch, which means it won't cook unless we hold it closed. local tech said poor design; samsung came and said new door needed. warranty does not cover. this oven is used only in a normal family setting, and there is no reason the door should have broken this way. both techs said they've seen this problem before. samsung is of no help; warranty expired after less than a year, i'm told. purchased 9/2018; expired 7/31/19, says samsung. they clearly do not stand behind their products, and i will share this knowledge and keep it in mind from now on, for sure!

I have had this oven for almost a year now and I am still in love with it. I love the idea that I can use the oven at the same time but at different temperatures, for a baker that is a huge deal!!! Purchased over a month ago so still learning its capabilities. Split oven is can't. Haven't used the full oven yet top oven is more than adequate. Heats up quickly and cooks beautifully. Still learning how much faster convection works but the redo have been great so far. Cooktop takes getting used to. I use cast iron and I've had to adjust. Have to preheat cast iron pans On high otherwise they take a long time to heat up. Seems to work but feels away to do. Was worried about fragility of glass top but it has been easy to keep clean. Just follow manufacturers advice, it works great.

i bought this range for the sole purpose of having two oven to use especially to have a small upper oven to do casseroles, to cook a small pan of cut up chicken, or lasagna instead of heating up the whole oven. i have had to call for repair twice. the 1st time they replace the heating unit the 2nd time i was told i should not expect the top unit to cook food properly like a casserole, or pan of chicken. that i should only use it to re-heat already cooked items. what! that's not how it was advertised! can't even cook a sara lee pie w/o issues .

We love the smaller, upper oven. We use it 99% of the time. It pre-heats in just a couple of minutes and bakes beautifully.
The only two reasons I gave it a 4 star is i can't get the WiFi feature to connect. That may not even be Samsung's fault, but it's a feature that does not effect the usefulness. The other reason is it seems like a pretty drastic change in temp to go from high, to say a 6 on the range. What I mean is I can bring water to a rolling boil and when you turn it down to a 6, which should be a medium-high it will almost stop boiling.
We have just learned to adjust and use it and do like it. I would recommend.

I have had Samsung repair people out twice. They seem to think that when an oven is set for 350 that it is working when the temperature swings between 280 and 430??? I finally got them to say 25-50 degrees above or below set temp is expected. However, replacing any parts would no resolve issue. I give up. Have to monitor temp with my own therm because display not even close most of the time. Stove top has similar issues. Gets too hot, shuts off and then back on. Both stove top and oven inconsistent temps. Oven doesn't bake evenly. Requires too much monitoring and intervention.

I purchased my range over two years ago and love it. The capability of cooking multiple things at different temperatures is awesome. Also it's wifi capability is a plus, I can pre warm my oven while driving home and gave it ready to cook. It is pretty easy to clean its steam clean capability.

I bought this unit almost a year ago and it's been great. The oven keeps a very steady temperature, all of the burners work as expected and having flexible oven is a huge plus. Overall when I think of a stove/oven, I just expect it to work reliably and basically never falter, and this has done exactly that.
My ONLY complaint is the smart functionality of it. I have google home devices throughout my home and have tried repeatedly to get the samsung smart things app to work with google and it never does. I just want to be able to tell google to preheat my oven. Other than that though, it's pretty much a perfect oven.

Love the Flex Duo feature of the oven. Oven itself heats fast, especially when you have it split to two different sections. Stainless steel looks great and overall aesthetic of the range is very pleasing. Due to a wiring issue (no fault of Samsung, just the electricians when they built the house) I could not use the stove until a Samsung repair tech arrived 3 days after delivery. He quickly deduced the electrician who wired the house wired the 4 wire outlet using 3 wires. Tech figured it out and we fixed it. It was taking a month+ for a tech from another appliance company to come to our home to fix a fridge.

I have had my stove for 8 months and it has been OK. My issues with it are burning things on the stove top even though it is on 2. The front of the oven doesn't cook at the same rate as the back of the oven. I do like the double oven feature that can be 1 oven as well.

I just to to the app set the delay start time and Wala it's cooking and then I can do the same to cut it off.

I bought this electric range 1-1/2 years ago,after 1 year the right side front burner runs out of control, I turn it on "LOW" it goes on "HIGH" and stay on no matter what you do unless you turn it completely "OFF" . Then, 3 months after, the left side burner does the same thing almost burn the food if I don't pay attention. Now I can only use the small burners that take forever to get the food cooked.
When I called Samsung, I've been said that I will have to pay $100.00 just for someone to come and see what's wrong then I will charged for parts and labor on top of that. very bad experience with Samsung.I will think twice before getting a Samsung product.
