-touch control interface could have been more simple. to use microwave, you have to touch four different buttons to microwave:
1) touch to wake it up
2) select microwave
3) add time (30sec)
4) start (lg products provide a touch-sensitive bar)
-no up and down arrow to select temperature/time, (only option is to enter time)
-oven throws out an extensive amount of heat from the bottom
-pre-heat to 350 takes 10 minutes previous 17 year old ge would take less than 6 minutes

This was part of the upgrade kitchen option in my new house and it has been totally worth it. It is so flexing...cooking something small - use the top on convection. Want even cooking on racks - use fan bake or fan roast in the bottom. In a hurry... combing microwave and convection will cut the cooking time by roughly 1/3. And it's beautiful!

I purchased this wall/oven unit from Samsung for $4,063.51 USD. This unit is only 3 years old. the owner's manual guarantees a 10-year warranty on parts. Recently, the oven and microwave stopped working, and I have been trying to get a reimbursement from Samsung for the $492 that I was charged by the repair company for the labor, parts, and repair. Samsung recommended the repair company given the 10-year warranty.

purchased from best buy. they did a great job on delivery and installation. microwave did not function out of the box. the turntable spins, it sounds like its on but it does not heat the food.
unfortunately, since it was just delivered, i have to wait for the system to get caught up, then i can schedule service. best buy said they will call in 24-48 hrs.

We've had this for over a year with no complaints except for the microwave. The roller is made of plastic and it cracked. The microwave worked but it wouldn't spin. Had to spend $30 to get anew roller.

just like several other reviews, i know have the c-a2 error rendering the microwave/oven useless. searching this code comes up with page after pager of customers reporting the same thing with several citing hundreds of dollars lost and multiple parts having to be replaced. there are at least 2 just in this review thread. there is clearly a design flaw in this model. samsung - please acknowledge and fix this.

This is the best oven/microwave combination that we have ever owned. It complements all of the other appliances that we have in our kitchen. My wife loves the blue light panel and the interior daylight while it is cooking.

at the beginning i gave two starts, after being forced to speak the review department it went back to one start. the guide roller cracked withing less than one year of use. i have been trying to get the part and apply the warranty and it has been impossible to do either one. i waited over 20 min with home appliances before i got disconnected but when i left a two start review it gave me a phone number that pickup almost immediately. gave a phone number that it does not work and more recordings and more waiting time. by the time of this review it took me 2hrs and i am still on a 3rd department samsungs parts (800)627-4368 still waiting waiting waiting and no answer... poor quality for a $3000 appliance.

This microwave/oven SUCKS. Samsung, you need better quality control. I have only owned this oven for 3 months AND this is the SECOND one I've had. The first one we installed gave me an error code on the FIRST USE. So we just exchanged it for a new one. 2 weeks ago it just went dead on us after microwaving. Luckily it was just a fuse. BUT TODAY IT WENT DEAD AGAIN after microwaving. I have never dealt with such a faulty appliance ever in my life. Do NOT buy. I would highly UNRECOMMEND.

The plethora of modern features adds to the variety of cooking styles and convenience. The smart controls allow for monitoring while doing other activities. The best oven I've ever owned!

I also am having trouble with the roller guide for the turntable in my microwave. It broke soon after installation. The response from Samsung was quick and they replaced it. It is now 10 months post installation and it has broken again. The Samsung Care Service Quick tech came out, took pictures, and phoned for permission to replace. This time, the tech said that Samsung called it "cosmetic" and would not replace the part. This was even though the turntable will not rotate, there is an obvious crack in the roller guide, there has been no misuse, and it is still under warranty. I asked how I could appeal this decision, and he told me to call the 1-800 number. I did that, and was told that the technician had said it was physical damage, they would not replace it, they did not have authority to reverse that decision AND they did not have the phone number of the Samsung tech division that did have that authority. I was on the phone for almost an hour with them. I also tried to call Samsung Care Service Quick directly and after holding for almost a half hour without getting through to anyone, I gave up. So be warned: not only does the roller guide break easily, but it's apparent that Samsung does not stand behind their warranty.
Other than this issue, I have enjoyed the oven/microwave.

We bought this wall oven/microwave combo in December 2017. We are now in April 2019 (so.. out of warranty) and out of nowhere got an error code that required a service call. $150 for the service call and labor + "the cost of parts" = $465 repair. The service guy told me this is the first time EVER that he has had a repair on this unit that is outside of the warranty (lucky us?). For the price of the appliance, I would expect to enjoy years of use before needing repair + part replacement, but it sounds like I've gotten more use than most if they USUALLY need repair inside of the one year warranty. When it works, I have no complaints, but almost $500 for who knows what parts and labor in less than a year and a half of ownership? Meh..

I have been looking for weeks to find the replacement piece for the turntable in the microwave. We haven't had our 6months and it cracked just like multiple other people are saying. Where can we get the replacement for this? Is there a better design replacement that won't keep cracking?
Other than that we enjoy the product but this is not going to be good if that piece keeps breaking every couple of months :/

The microwave turntable works only intermittently. I am calling for service -- I will see how that goes. And the reservoir light keeps on blinking saying that it is not closed -- it is as closed as I am going to make it. And the indicator says that the reservoir has water after I emptied it. Not happy with a entire suite of Samsung appliances (except the cooktop, which seems to be great).
