The oven was delivered brand new yesterday. However, the oven is inoperable. There is only an error code that displays when trying to preheat the oven. I've been on the phone with Samsung about the brand new inoperable oven now around 12 or 13 times & have gotten nowhere. If you want a broken product then certainly buy this oven!

i bought this range in late 2019. by january of 2020 i already had a problem. oven wouldn't self clean. repaired under warranty. within a few months the the display started acting up. buttons wouldn't respond when using the cooktop. good thing i bought the extended warranty. again had to be replaced. a few months later the oven ignitor broke and had to be replaced. a few months after that both the display and the ignitor broke again. both replaced under extended warranty. it is now october 2021 and the display is acting up. i have contacted samsung and tried to complain about the poor quality and they were anything but helpful. i emailed all of my work orders and receipts to them and never heard a word from them. poorly designed range. do not even consider buying this product.

1 month past 1year warranty, i self cleaned for the first time. the paint on the bottom deck inside oven split and cracked. when i called samsung i pulled the oven out to get the serial number. when pushing back to the wall, the top door fell off! this is 13 months after purchase!
upon looking at the broken door, i realized that the self clean somehow managed to actually melt the knobs.
so, 1 month past warranty i have chipped/broken paint, a door thats hanging by a thread, and melted knobs.
i regret everything about this range. everything.

We've had this oven for about 5 months now. It was converted to propane since we do not have a natural gas line (the conversion fittings came included).
I love the dual oven feature. It's perfect for cooking two things at once, not having to heat up the entire oven, and showing off the upper-only half oven door to my friends. Also, the quiet-shut door is great! No more accidentally slamming to door shut (does not work on the upper-only half door). There's convection fans for both areas.
You can take out the divider and have one large oven again. We've used the "dehydrator" and bread proofing features frequently!
My only complaint/concern is that you need to be careful of what is put in the "top oven". Since the flame is above the food it can burn easily. Although, tenting it with foil may help. If you're really afraid of something burning use the bottom oven since the flame is below.
If you have a Samsung TV connected to a smart home, the oven will display a banner at the top of your TV when your food is ready. This only works when you use the "cook timer" not the regular timer.

purchased 11/2017 have had many issues when i tried to list i was told that i had more than 800 words which was wrong i counted them. i had 542 words. the knobs that control the burners are plastic they all fell off just 16 months after i bought the range and they were not covered by warranty. five knobs @$50.00 ea is $250.00 very poor quality. very poor quality. now baked bread or rolls in the front the bottoms burn. just another issue with this range

Let's start with the positive. We love the ability to bake two separate things or use the full oven. We also loved the color.
We bought this stove 2 years ago. Within the 1st year, 2 knobs fell off and the latch for the full door gets stuck. So, if I want to open the full oven, I must open the half oven then stick an object in the latch to open the full door. Samsung sent replacements for the 2 knobs but 2 more have broken off and we are outside of the 1yr warranty window. Additionally, at about 1.5 yrs, the digital display lost a few segments, so part of the 5, 8 and some other numbers are missing. We are not happy with our purchase outside of the fact that it was pretty for 2 years and it technically works. Now, the black stainless is also peeling off, that was a pretty surprising discovery.

We got this a couple of months ago and it has been our best range yet. We love the fast and medium burners. The dual oven is a pleasant surprise. We use it often. The only issue is the top over could be tricky when getting things out of it. You can get burnt. The pizza we back or other things all come out fantastic and delicious from the convection oven. So many neat features but our favorite is the wireless capability. An excellent range from Samsung!

I love the range, But there are a couple of shortcomings.
The grids over the burners form a horizontal/vertical cross. Pots do not sit securely on the grids unless I carefully position the handle directly on one of the bars of the cross. A much better design would have been a star formation so the pots would be supported at six or eight points rather than just four.
I was excited to get the virtual double oven, but the top half only has a convection oven. To use the regular oven , I have to use the entire oven, not the upper or lower oven only. I wish I had known this before purchasing. I would have chosen a different range.
Do not that the fifth burner, in the center, is not designed to use with a griddle. It's just a small around burner rather than an elongated burner for grilling pancakes, etc.
I highly recommend Samsung products, but this particular range has some design flaws, in my opinion.

i have had nothing but issues with this oven! i have had samsung care technicians here 4 times in 11 months. you cant use the upper or lower ovens alone because your food just burns! awful!

I bought this 3 months ago and the process could not be more frustrating. Technical services and customer support is a joke. The range will not connect to the SmartThings app and no one can tell me why or get it fixed in a timely manner.

This stove was a nice addition to our new kitchen. In general it has lived up to all of our expectations. There is not much that we think needs improvement.
We do have a comment about the clock. We would like to turn it off at night. While we love the bright display at night when the lights are off it is beyond brilliant. Samsung needs to add the ability to turn it down or off. We have a full kitchen of Samsung products so this clock is not needed and is distracting after bedtime.

I bought this range and the convection fan broke one week after the warranty ran out. Samsung authorized the repair, which I thought was great. However, the part has been on back order for over a month and there is still not a definitive date for shipping. The range broke before Thanksgiving and it looks like it won't be fixed until mid-January at best. Loved the oven when it worked, but this is ridiculous. No happy holiday baking for my family.

We love using this range. The front burners are so powerful, they are a real timesaver. Having the twin oven design allows for very quick preheating times and you can still use a full size casserole or baking sheets.
As an added bonus, it's a very nice looking addition to the kitchen. Up next? Refrigerator and dishwasher. Samsung FTW.
