Refrigerator great Hub glitches

I was an early adopter. I love the refrigerator itself. It's fantastic as a refrigerator. The Family Hub portion falls far short in the first version. I depend on the calendar for our schedule but it will only sync for one person. No one at Samsung has been able to get it to work. Very disappointed. I have to add everything else manually.

I saw this fridge when it came out and wanted it ever since. Recently a friend of mine bought one and told me how great it was, then we were at his house for some BBQ and he was showing me all the features and I was sold on it. Best purchase I have ever made so far regarding home appliances. This fridge will make my life way easier. Highly recommend this fridge to anyone and everyone. Lots of cool features and neat things you can do with this fridge.

i love the overall aesthetic, and find the design perfect for our use, but am boggled by the fact that i spent so much on this appliance and have so many problems with the required app. The Smart Home app is buggy, and took hours to finally connect, which is frustrating because we are a very techie family and have always loved our Samsung products. I suggest that you spend a little more time testing your apps before release.

Love the extra features! Love, love, love the black stainless steel!! We can watch the big game while making the snack/drink runs or finishing up the meal! Shopping lists, access to the internet right there (and on a much bigger screen than my phone!) and the kids can listen to Pandora right from the refrigerator while they're doing the dishes - Don't know how we ever lived without it!

This is one of my best investments by far! The fact that everything links to my phone, while I'm at the store (I'm very forgetful), is just spectacular. My kids also LOVE being able to "draw" on the fridge! The flexibility to have more fridge space with the 4-door flex is also a huge plus, especially for us wine lovers. Perfect invention, Samsung!

The large screen has so many added features like weather, calendar, notes for family, pictures and even the ability to see what is in your frig. on your phone when you are at the market! I love it! We have been waiting to replace the refrigerator that our contractor selected when he built our house. We wanted a refrigerator that met our needs and this one was exactly what we have been waiting for. Our home is an open floor plan design and the Samsung Family Hub is the showcase of the entire area. Not only is it spacious, it has all of the bells and whistles anyone could ever want. The French door design is gorgeous, and the Flex zone area was very well though out for how real people use the space. The black stainless steel finish is gorgeous and fits in with our kitchen design. Two minor design flaws appear to be the lack of usable door space and the limited capacity of the ice maker. However, we are sure we will be able to come up with ways to use the door space in the future. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this refrigerator to anyone. We are only scratching the surface of all of the things it is able to do (besides keeping our food cold.) We trust Samsung quality and look forward to many years of service from this fridge!

What a stylish design for a refrigerator. Was originally going to purchase the 9380 but made the mistake of taking my wife (love you honey) to purchase it. Love the design and features. Kind of sucks that the grocery delivery feature does not service my area. Love the screen mirroring even though it didn't want to connect. Took several attempts and assistance from the concierge Elite service to work. A little pricey but Well worth it. The refrigeration features are amazing and work.

I've had my new refrigerator for a month now and so far, I love it. The family hub is helping me keep everyone in our family informed of who is doing what and when. The calendar is all in one place. I can be at the grocery store and check to see if we need more milk. I wish the sound quality was better when we play Pandora. Not sure yet if there's a way for us to connect to blue tooth to get better sound quality. The freezer space is very small, so we had to buy a separate freezer so that's the biggest negative; otherwise, the space inside the frig is good. Overall, we are very happy with this product.

Wow! Beautiful Design and quality. I'm going into details of the Family Hub and needs. Need Ability to add apps from the play store, can't play Netflix, Amazon Video or Crackle. YouTube works beautifully as a few other streaming networks. Time Warner will not, needs android app. Both Grocery Delivery Services are not setup in Western New York. I'll stick with Schwan's, Amazon and others that work in the web browser. Weather and links to detailed weather great Setting bookmarks in the browser , great, need ability to add shortcut to home screens. StickyBoard and Whiteboard great, but will minimize to std size after screen saver. Need option to hold full screen so notes and other info aren't missed. Photo screen saver needs Shuffle or random photo start option or you see the same photos on screensaver startup. Pictures upload ok, but don't let your phone sleep , breaks the connection Mobile apps great for status, notifications and minor change to settings.
