DT Mccalls in Carthage are my heros. I have been a customer for over 30yrs and everytime we are there the staff and salesmen are always friendly and knowledgeable. I remember once years back my girlfriends mother's dryer died and I was working in Memphis they took her a new dryer to Smithville set it up took off her old dryer and my salesman just said next time your by Carthage you can pay us. Emergency help and NO ONE does that! We have showed up several times and they always laugh at me i bring my trailer and load it up with a whole room of furniture and take off. Last visit I bought new washer dryer set they were so helpful best price than anywhere else. So if you need furniture or appliances DT McCalls has your back you will not find a better bunch of friendly family folks ever. GTripp

The building is not in great shape with obvious cobwebs and missing or falling ceiling panels. However the staff is very friendly and helpful, it have a much larger show room than you would expect from the storefront. Many solid wood options as well.

Not only have we purchased most of our personal furniture from DT Mcall in Cookeville through the years, but we also lead a nonprofit that serves First Responders. One of the ways we support them is new furniture and beds for their stations. DT Mcall has helped us choose the best items, and also logistically with convenient deliveries for First Responders who may be out on call. They give us reasonable deals that in the end help us help more First Responders. We appreciate their kindness and quality items.

This was my first time using DT McCall’s for a purchase. They have excellent appliance prices, and the delivery people were able to successfully deliver and install to a difficult location when none of the big box retailers were able to complete a delivery. I wish I had gone to DT McCall’s first but have learned my lesson. Their extended warranties are better than their competitors too. I plan to go back to DT McCall’s for future purchases.
